Client-side project management
We lead the project for you from appointment to handover: building the team, setting the budget and programme, and keeping everyone to them.
Construction management
You contract directly with each trade, and we manage them for you. No main contractor overheads and profit, and less exposure if a contractor fails.
Tender and procurement
Clear tender packages and like-for-like comparisons, so you choose contractors on fair, comparable prices.
Employer's agent and contract administration
We run the building contract on your behalf: valuations, variations, certificates and the paperwork that protects your position.
Cost and programme monitoring
Monthly reports that show where the money and the time are going, with problems flagged early.
Monitoring surveyor reports
Independent reporting for development lenders on progress, cost and drawdowns, from a chartered professional.
Construction management
Build without a main contractor
You contract directly with each trade contractor, and we manage them on your behalf.
Without a main contractor, there are no main contractor overheads and profit, so build costs come down. In a challenging market it also reduces commercial risk: if a trade contractor fails, it can be replaced with far less disruption than losing a main contractor part-way through a build.
